BALANCING A BUSY LIFESTYLE

Being a school student and always having exams, sporting activities, events and personal activities... IM ALWAYS BUSY!! Sometimes i just find it so hard to balance my life and feel overwhelmed and find it hard to keep up to date with all my school work and personal life... so here are my top 3 TIPS TO HELP YOU BALANCE YOUR LIFE


1. CREATE A 'TO DO LIST' AND TICK THEM OFF : Write down your chores/goals each on your 'to do' and as you achieve them or finish that task, cross them off the list. You'll feel SUPER ACCOMPLISHED and helps with time management


2. LIMIT DISTRACTIONS: I know.. i know, keeping focused and on task can be really tricky, but if you set your mind to a certain task, and keep your eye on the prize, you'll fell more accomplished! Set an alarm for 45 minutes to do a certain task, for example 'making meals for the week', 'cleaning your room', 'exercising', or 'studying' because if you set a time limit for each task, you'll most lik

ely stay accountable to stay on track and finish that task.



3. MAKE TIME FOR YOURSELF: Don't forget to take occasional breaks for yourself, and stop what your doing to make sure that you are happy and if you're tired, TAKE TIME FOR YOURSELF. The more you push yourself and tire your body.. the harder tasks get, so make time for yourself like going for a walk or pampering yourself.
