I love waking up Monday morning nice and early to smash a full body HIIT workout, and I make sure that my diary is all filled in for the week ahead! This allows me to stay accountable for my school work, to stay productive and to so I don’t forget anything coming up this is important!
I feel so accomplished and motivated when I’m organised and put in that extra work to get things done or to wake up an extra hour earlier to smash a workout before school!!
