NUTRIENT DENSEā
HOMEMADE PASTA SAUCE:
1 can of organic crushed tomatoes
100g celery
1 carrot grated
1 garlic clove
50mL water
SAUCE METHOD:
place all ingredients in a blender, blend on low for 30seconds
once smooth, place sauce in a saucepan and heat on stove for 2 minutes while continuously stirring
place sauce on top of zucchini noodles
ZUCCHINI NOODLE:
Spiralize 1 whole zucchin, and boil 1/2 packet of chickpea pasta on the stove
add the zucchini to the pasta sauce and let it simmer for 5 minutes
add spinach, carrot, asparagus to mixture
simmer on low for 5mins and add pasta
dish up and enjoy
