I always have whole foods prepped in the fridge, so when I’m hungry I can just grab them out of the containers and build myself a yummy, healthy lunch. This lunch literally took me 2 minutes!! Preparation is super effective, and because of that I live by it!! I meal prep every Sunday, and Wednesday and store the foods in containers.

All I do is - bake/ steam veggies - air fry chicken breast
- boil eggs
- cut up snack veggies like carrots, cucumber and capsicum
