This is my go-to breakfast, as they are filling, nutritious and get me satisfied for so long!! Overnight oats are SUPER easy to prepare, and I just heat them up in the morning before I head out the door.
YOU WILL NEED—->>>
- 35g rolled oats
- handful of raspberries
- milk or plant milk of your choice
TOPPINGS—->>>
- blueberries
- walnuts
- cacao nibs
- shredded coconut
METHOD—->>>>
1. Cook 35g of rolled oats on the stove in your choice of milk,
2. As you are stirring, place in the raspberries to obtain the beautiful pink colour And let them boil until the colour leaks through
3. Place in a bowl and add on the toppings.
4. Enjoy💕
