OVERTRAINING CAN CAUSE:
☆ Fatigue in muscles - your muscles will over tire, causing you to feel drained, causing less motivation to train again, as you'll be too sore
☆ Bad relationship with exercise - You'l get in the routine that we've all been in... training to over-compensate for binge eating
☆ Poor sleep - over training can put your body in a state of over restlessness, or on a high alert mode, causing you to be more powered on while trying to sleep. So, getting enough sleep on active days is REALY important
☆ moodiness - if you're over tired from training and sore, your more likely to be on the moodier side, and
cience shows that once you take a break or a rest from training for a few days, you'll feel more motivated after the rest break to get back into training, which helps with results.
SOO.... have i convinced you yet as to why rest days are so important? well... don't overtire yourself and push yourself too hard and let your body rest up and restore that motivation to workout again to sustain your healthy lifestyle!
