NUTRIENT DENSEā
HOMEMADE PASTA SAUCEāā>>>>
ā 1 cup carrots
ā 1 cup celery
ā 1/4 red onion
ā 1/2 cup water
ā 1/4 teaspoon of minced garlic
PASTA SAUCE METHODāā>>>>
Combine all ingredients in the blender with 1/2 cup water and blend until consistency is liquidity with some chunks of the veggiesPlace sauce in the pot on the stove on high heat and stir continuously until the sauce starts to boil. Once boiled, place minced garlic in the pot and stir until combined.
ZUCCHINI PASTA RECIPEāā>>>>
ā 1 large zucchini
ā 1/4 of bag of eco - organics Chickpea pasta
ā 500g extra lean turkey mince
ā 1 cup green beans
ā 2 handfuls of spinach
ā homemade pasta sauce
ZUCCHINI PASTA METHODāā>>>>
1. Spiralise the large zucchini until it has made zucchini noodles
2. Boil the chickpea pasta in a pot of boiling water for 8 minutes it until soft Brown the turkey mince in the pan with olive oil spray
3. Add green beans in the pan of turkey mince and cook them until soft
4. Add spinach until wilted down
5. Add pasta sauce into the pan and let it sit for 5 minutes until the mince has absorbed the sauce
6. Drain the chickpea pasta and add it to the pan
7. Add zucchini noodles to the pan and stir around
8. Dish up and enjoy!!
